There are two paths in purchasing a home in this community. The first way is purchasing a quick move in home.  These homes are complete or almost complete and can closed in 30 days.  Items such as fences, blinds, and concrete can be added to the completed home.  It is also possible to add detached garages.  Our design team makes sure that the homes reflect current styles and trends. The second path is to build a customized home.   This allows you to pick a lot such as a lake lot or a lot with minimal development behind it.  Choose the plan that fits your needs and then customize to get your dream home.    One of Legacy Premier Home strengths is the ability to allow for customization of floor plan, features, and selections. (Click for info about presale process).  Our projected build time is 4 to 5 months.  Because we expedite the building of your home you can lock in your rates if you are worried about increasing loan Rates.

Highland Village at Brigadoon

LPH is offering new homes in the Highland Village at Brigadoon.    Brigadoon is a gated community on the west side of Athens Alabama.   The original community was designed as an exclusive waterfront community on the Joe Wheeler section of the Tennessee River.    The majority of the lake front homes have been built.   The community is one of the few truly gated communities in Limestone County, gates are shut nightly.    The Highland Village community is part of the Brigadoon development and shares the pool, clubhouse, green space areas, boat launch and gated entrance.    The design of the Highland Village community was to provide for smaller homes to be located in an exclusive waterfront community.    LPH is offering homes starting in the high 300's to mid 500's.   Please contact Gray Winn - 256-527-3611 for more information.

LPH has three large lots (1.35 acres and up) for 2800 plus sq. ft homes.   These will not last long.  No HOA but will be restricted.   Call today for more information.

Build on your land

LPH (formerly Legacy Premier Homes, Inc.) is starting to offer a build on your land option for land located in the East Limestone Area.   Other areas of Limestone County will also be consider based upon distance from current subdivisions.    The initial process is similar to building one of our plans in a subdivision.   We can modify our plans using our onsite designer and selection team to fit your needs / taste.    The price will be discounted to take into account that you are providing the land but additional mobilization costs, septic system costs will be added.   You will need to have the land perk tested in advance.   Lot preparation, utilities, and road construction are cost plus.   You will be required to carry the construction loan.
