LPH (formerly Legacy Premier Homes) is proud to be an energy efficient builder. Legacy Premier Homes started as an Energy Star 2.0/2.5 builder. Then changed to an EnergySmart Builder. In 2013 the Alabama building code changed and adopted very similar energy requirements to the EnergySmart program. Legacy Premier Homes continue to build a very energy efficient home but now it is code and no longer uses the independent inspector.
