LPH has partnered with Heirloom Pools to install Aqua Technics Fiberglass Pools on our new construction homes. By including the pool during the construction process, it allows the pool to be added into your home loan versus a separate loan, and it allows the construction of the pool to take place before you move in.
The Aqua Technics pools are made in Opp, Alabama. The company has been making Fiberglass pools for over 50 years and is one of the largest pool manufacturers in Australia. Aqua Technics prides itself on the quality construction of the pool and on taking care of the pool owners. Heirloom Pools feels they are one of the best fiberglass pools on the market.
The family that owns Heirloom Pools has been in the pool business for over 36 years.
The LPH / Heirloom pool packages include a high-quality saltwater system. The pool comes with silver travertine around the edge of the pool and 4 feet of concrete surrounding the pool. The package includes a 60-amp electrical service for the pool. The package also includes lights; the number is determined by the size of the pool and whether it has a spa. Pools with spas also include a gas line and additional controllers.
The contract for the pool is with Heirloom Pools; an addendum is signed adding the pool to the loan amount. All warranties are through Heirloom Pools and Acqua Technics. Pools.
A fence is required for a pool and must be installed as soon as the pool is finished and landscaping is complete. LPH offers several options for fencing, including wood shadow box, vinyl fencing, and brushed aluminum.
