LPH has partnered with Heirloom Pools to install AquaTechnics Fiberglass Pools on our new construction homes. By including the pool during the construction process, it allows the pool to be added into your home loan versus a separate loan, and it allows the construction of the pool to take place at the same time as the home is being built. 

The AcquaTechnics pools are made in Opp Alabama.   The parent company has been making Fiberglass pools for over 50 years and is on of the largest pool manufactures in Australia.    From our meetings with them they pride themselves on the quality construction of the pool and on taking care of the pool owners.   From our conversations with pool installers it is one of the best fiberglass pools on the market.

All of our pool packages include a saltwater equipment package either Jandy and Naked Ionization system or Hayward.    The include 4 feet of concrete surrounding the pool     The include a minimum of 2 lights.   They include a 60-amp electrical service to the pool and if the optional heater is added it includes a gas line to the pool.   

A fence is required for a pool and must be installed as soon as the pool is finished and landscaping is done.
