Every builder is handling this difficult building environment differently, so we wanted to clarify our contract process.    When buying one of our new construction homes we accept the first full price qualified offer - we do not work multiple offers on the same home.    Our price listed in the MLS or under the new home page on our website is the actual price for the home (it includes home specific upgrades such as quartz or specialty lots).  Our prices are subject to change until we start the contract process.   We do not include price escalation clauses. The contracted price is the final price.   We pay Buyer Realtor fees - see our Realtor page for details.
